Peter is the Swiss Army knife for your business. There is not a deal or transaction he has not seen. In his 40 plus years of legal practice, Peter’s practice has run the gamut; he has helped business clients resolve business issues of every type and size. In addition to his private practice, Peter has experience as a tax manager and as general counsel for technology, banking, and healthcare companies, and has also owned and operated his own businesses. Peter’s multi-faceted background gives him a unique perspective on economic and business issues filled with common sense and pragmatic solutions. In addition to advising clients on business matters, Peter can also advise clients on tax and trust and estate planning matters.
