Rebecca is exceptionally skilled in sorting through and analyzing the vast quantities of documents and data often involved in litigation today. From that analysis, Rebecca discerns and distills the most compelling factual narrative that will serve Sapient clients’ litigation goals. In conjunction with the rest of the Sapient team, Rebecca crafts the factual narratives that serve as the basis for the legal theories and argumentation throughout your case. Rebecca’s practice focuses on general civil and commercial litigation.
