Neal is a commercial litigator with more than ten years of experience handling complex commercial disputes. Neal’s practice focuses on investor disputes and business breakups, breach of contract cases, securities fraud, and disputes concerning fiduciary duties. Neal is a specialist in creating inflection points that allow Sapient’s business clients to maximize value from litigation. Previously an associate at a large law firm in Manhattan representing global private equity and insurance firms, Neal knows how opposing parties will litigate (and increase costs) through delay and obstruction and he knows how to get results efficiently and effectively. Neal’s goal is clarity and consistency from the very beginning of your dispute. That comes from knowing your industry, your company, and your investment better than the other side, so that we can be right on the facts and right on the law from the very beginning.
