Biography
Ben is a practical problem solver and skilled draftsman who understands that growth is a constant and that your business’ documentation, plans, and strategies must evolve. In his practice, Ben is focused on becoming an integrated member of your business team as if he had an office just on the other side of your copy room. Ben believes his function is simple: to assist you in identifying and managing risks and to work with you to create and implement strategies to mitigate such risks. Ben counsels Sapient’s business clients on deal structuring, contract negotiation, business protocols, and both daily and unique business issues. Ben represents businesses and entrepreneurs in a wide array of industries, as well as private investors and lenders.
